Rowland Emergency warrants that services performed at our location will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. If there is a defect in either materials or workmanship, we will perform the repair work at no charge to you, replace the defective warranted part(s) without charge to you or refund to you the entire charge for the warranted repairs, minus any previous refunds or credits.
For your convenience, we provide remote technical support to help our clients troubleshoot a wide variety of system issues. During your technical support session, you will be asked to download an app to your system that will allow us to remotely fix any issues you may be experiencing. This additional layer of support can dramatically save our clients time and headache, and get your vehicle back on the road with minimal disruption.
