Rowland Auto Electric

Rowland Auto Electric Inc. / Rowland Emergency Vehicle Products was established in 1957 and has grown from a basic auto electric shop into a full emergency service facility.  Our operation consists of rebuilding, full mechanical service (diesel & gas) and parts supply.  We own a 13,000 square foot facility located in southwest Toronto.

In 1980 we broadened our focus to key specifically on the emergency vehicle services.  We established direct working relationships with all fire, police and ambulance services since their operational needs were so unique and specialized in nature.  This undertaking involved bringing together a network of original equipment manufacturer's (OEM), emergency conversion vehicle suppliers and linking them all within our framework to become one full service operation.

Something that began initially as an alternator repair shop quickly grew to be recognized as the industry benchmark for complete supply, sales and mechanical servicing of emergency vehicles and their associated parts.  Our streamlined operation for total ambulance servicing and maintenance has resulted in Rowland Emergency Vehicle Products becoming the industry choice for emergency vehicle needs.  Our years of experience working on each model and make of ambulance design have secured an industry reputation for quality workmanship at a fair price.

Some examples of our diversity can help define just how our structuring is suited to meet the needs of the emergency service community.  On the alternator supply/servicing side of our company, we are exclusive agents for all major manufacturer's of electrical charging systems and related accessories.  Companies like Amp Tech, Powerline, Mitsubishi, Lestek and Leece Neville are directly represented by Rowland's and we pride ourselves in representing them with first rate sales and servicing.
